Did you know glass comes in different colors? Yes, not just blown glass pipes, but windows too. Sometimes when a window needs to be replaced it’s easy to get confused about what color it is when there’s tint on it. Especially bad tint, naughty tint. Nobody can ever really figure out who’s fault it is, but somebody’s gotta fix it. And that fixed is Vision Window Tinting and the Beaver Brown Band

Go tell it on the mountain, we got ourselves another bad spray foam job. This one is way bigger, but maybe not as bad a shape as the last one. It’s still got holes all in this mug. This spray attic has everything, holes, condensation, MTVs Dan Cortez. This is gonna be fun! Remember kids - always manage the moisture when you seal an attic.

On top of all these holes that go outside, letting in hot humid air, this whole spray foam job is ROUGH! I think they mixed it by hand. I’m telling you man, these bad foamers are giving the whole industry a bad name. Guess what? We got moisture problem

Here he is ladies and gentlemen, the smoke pen! He’s finding air flow issues all over this town! Go whip up a pot of water and see where the steam goes in your kitchen. If it doesn’t go out the vent, it’s going somewhere else in your house to wait for you to sleep. #

Gotta be tight! Any air infiltration into your home is carrying heat, humidity, and hate. Seal it up! So many homes I go into have really basic easy fixes for a noticeable difference. You’re AC works better when there’s less to fight against. That includes your breath. All children must sleep outside until the cooling season ends!

Are steamy or stinky bathrooms a problem in your life. Bathroom ventilation is one of those critical pieces of a healthy efficient home that is almost never done right. When that air gets sucked out of the room we usually want the replacement air getting sucked into the room to come from under the door so it creates that suck tunnel up and out.

When picking a screw for outside building projects it’s stainless steel or GRK in this neck of the woods. These coated deck screws are gable down here in treated wood. I’ve had multiple entire decks here in Mobile have every screw start rusting and about half snap when you try to replace them.
