⚠️ Did a little demolition work this past weekend.

Grandpa Keithley started building this house, in Semmes, AL, for his family in the early 1950’s. In 1958, he moved the family to Wilmer, AL and this house became home to its first renter. Over the past 61 years, multiple families have called this place home. Sadly, termites had gotten the best of it and it had to come down. Lots of memories were made in this little house and they will be cherished forever. 🏠

This lot is now ready for a beautiful new home on Dauphin Island 🏠🏝☀️
