This transaction involved coordinating negotiations with sellers located in both Canada and California while maintaining a clear focus on my buyer's objectives.

Rather than pursuing repairs, my buyer preferred to implement their own improvements after closing. With that goal in mind, I successfully negotiated a $5,000 price reduction, providing additional flexibility for future enhancements.

Additional terms negotiated on behalf of my client included:

• Full buyer agency compensation paid by the seller
