Our company is excited to launch our new AT&T Marketing Consultant Training Program. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Our company's philosophy is promoting from within which in turn guarantees you the opportunities to advance without ever having to change companies.

We are looking for entry level candidates who have customer service experience. Although no experience is needed we do offer PAID training in wireless product knowledge, customer service, marketing and general retail management is provided. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

This job does not entail working remotely, cold calling, or door to door sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge ranging from Apple/Samsung/LG.
Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner by providing outstanding customer service.
Directs customers by escorting them to the wireless display counter.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records and processing payments by totaling purchases.
Keeps customers informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
