I crawl in the attics. I squeeze into the crawl spaces.
I find the stuff nobody else noticed. 😂
🏠 Superior Home Inspections

🔎 ASHI Certified/ Master Inspector
🔥 Thermal Imaging
I’ll find the good, the bad and the ugly 😁
When you go back for the Re-Inspection and they say the vent pipe boot has been fixed. The boot was too big for the pipe. Their fix was to just cut another pipe and slide it over it 😮💨 can't make this stuff up.
Standard cup of coffee? Never heard of her. We're running on "surviving a 1970s flip with aluminum wiring and questionable DIY plumbing" levels today.
Well… that’s one way to find a plumbing leak. 😂💧
After testing the primary bathroom upstairs, I came back downstairs to find the kitchen pendant light doing its best impression of a water fountain.
The water found its way through the floor, into the ceiling, and apparently decided the light fixture was the perfect exit. 😳
This is why we test things during an inspection. 🔎
Got to do an inspection on a circa 1844 (182 year old) commercial building downtown Mobile the other day.
It still had the original floors throughout!
