Congrats to Local Union 119 on receiving their Certificate of Occupancy—PCDA is happy to see the space in use.

PCDA is excited to see the flooring installation underway for the new pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts in Foley.

The Portico East building in Fairhope is nearing completion! It has been so much fun watching this development grow.

We love working on multi-family residential units! As promised, here are a few photos of the duplex on N Dearborn in downtown Mobile that is coming to completion as well as a before photo of the lot. This new home makes a wonderful addition to the revitalization of N Dearborn Street!

PCDA has loved seeing N Dearborn St. come to life with all of these beautiful homes! We were able to take part in working on two of the duplexes on this street. Keep your eye out for our next post sharing photos of the first duplex that is now complete!

Yesterday, along with Historic Mobile, local developers, preservationists, and realtors, we unveiled the transformation of an entire block in Downtown Mobile! 🏡 ✨ Featuring 8 beautifully renovated and newly built single-family homes in the historic block of N. Dearborn Street, this development marks a huge step forward in the continued revitalization of our downtown. Downtown living just got more exciting! It has been a pleasure to work with Haley Development on Phase 3 of their luxury commercial and residential space at Portico of Fairhope. Phase 3 is going to be a beautiful addition to the Portico development and downtown Fairhope!

PCDA had the opportunity to work with Walks and Wags in Mobile to design their indoor pool for dogs! This project was both a first and a pleasure! We hope our K9 pals are enjoying it 🐾

This beautiful retail space on Highway 98 in Daphne has been in the works for a few years! From the dreaming and designing phase, then to demo, and finally construction; PCDA has been there for every step. We are so excited to see it complete and ready for the community to enjoy!
