PCDA Architecture

The PCDA team stopped by Shubam this morning for some celebratory breakfast as their permit to expand has been approved.

Congratulations to Shubam's Family Takeout! We can't wait to see the new addition. (And the breakfast was great too!)

We're proud to have been part of bringing this renovation to life. Congratulations to Gaillard Builders on their new office!

NEW HOME ON DAUPHIN
Gaillard Builders has moved into its newly renovated offices at 612 Dauphin St., although an official announcement has not yet been made.

Gaillard Builders is a full-service general contractor specializing in industrial, commercial, retail and multifamily construction.

The company purchased the building for $1.15 million in July 2025 and spent nearly $500,000 on the renovation.

Meet our summer intern, Tran! She is currently pursuing her degree at Auburn University and will be spending the summer with our team gaining industry experience. Tran has already been a great asset to our team, and we're excited to have her on board for the summer!

Congratulations to Midtown Medical!

We are proud to see the completion of Midtown Medical's new facility located at 2051 Airport Boulevard in Mobile, Alabama.

Midtown Medical is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare services that help improve the health and well-being of the Mobile community.

Thank you for trusting our team to be part of this project. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this facility will have on the community for years to come!

Congrats to Local Union 119 on receiving their Certificate of Occupancy—PCDA is happy to see the space in use.
