Congratulations to Mitchell High School graduate Bon Weeks on signing a Double Edge scholarship with Dakota Pump Inc. for Mitchell Tech’s Automation Controls / SCADA program!

The Mitchell Tech Scholarship Luncheons brought together scholarship donors and recipients for a meaningful opportunity to connect, share stories, and celebrate student success. More than 40 scholarship recipients and their associated donors were recognized at events throughout the school year.

Students had the chance to personally thank those who believe in and support their journeys, while donors gained a firsthand look at the difference their generosity makes. Guests also enjoyed meals prepared and served by Mitchell Tech culinary students, showcasing their talents and hands-on learning experience.

Thank you to our donors, students, and supporters for helping build a culture of opportunity and investment in the next generation!

Our Ag Business students gained valuable, hands-on internship experience before graduation! From agronomy operations and grain facilities to office management and customer service, students are putting classroom knowledge into action and building skills that prepare them for successful careers in agriculture.

These spring internships give students the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, make connections, and experience the day-to-day realities of the ag industry. We love seeing our students out in the field, learning, growing, and making an impact!

Six students traveled to compete and brought home:

Diesel Power Technology students recently toured the Fendt Lodge in Jackson, MN — home of the Fendt two-track tractors, Ag-Chem application equipment, and Fendt North America Headquarters.

Students had the opportunity to get an inside look at cutting-edge agricultural equipment and learn more about the innovation and technology driving the industry forward.

The heat was on in our Culinary kitchen during the end-of-year Top Chef and Top Baker competitions! Students showcased the creativity, technique, and skills they’ve developed throughout the year in a fun and competitive finale to the semester.
