South Texas AHEC le invita a participar en nuestra Evaluación de Necesidades de Salud Comunitaria (siglas en inglés - CHNA), una oportunidad importante para que los miembros de la comunidad compartan sus experiencias, necesidades y prioridades relacionadas con la salud y el bienestar.

La encuesta es anónima, está disponible en inglés y español, y toma aproximadamente 15 minutos en completarse. Cada respuesta cuenta y es valiosa, ya sea que comparta una preocupación, una fortaleza o una idea para mejorar la salud en su comunidad.

South Texas AHEC is pleased to invite you to participate in our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), a critical opportunity for community members to share their experiences, needs, and priorities related to health and well-being.

The survey is anonymous, available in English and Spanish, and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Every response matters, whether you are sharing a challenge, a strength, or an idea for improvement.

We invite you to participate on an eight-week Project ECHO: Brain Health for Community Health Workers/Promotoras(es) in English. An on-line (by Zoom) training to learn about brain health, aging, and dementia. CHW/Promotoras(es) will receive 1.5 DSHS-certified continuing education (CE) hours for each session. A total of 12 DSHS-certified CE hours for the eight sessions.

These sessions will start Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
