B2Z Engineering is honored and grateful to have been selected by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of McAllen to provide Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI), Construction Management, and Materials Testing services for the FM 2220 (Ware Road) Underground Trail Passing Project.

This transformative project will enhance pedestrian safety, connectivity, and mobility by creating a grade-separated crossing that links key destinations along one of McAllen's busiest corridors. We are humbled by the confidence the City has placed in our team and are excited for the opportunity to help deliver this important investment for the community.

As a locally owned and operated firm headquartered in the Rio Grande Valley, projects like this are especially meaningful to us because they directly impact the communities where we live, work, and raise our families.

Thank you to the City of McAllen, Mayor Javier Villalobos, the City Commission, City Manager Isaac Tawil, and the City's engineering and public works leadership for the opportunity to serve. Our team looks forward to working alongside all project stakeholders to deliver this project safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality.

Quality does not happen by chance; it is tested every step of the way.

From the field to the lab, B2Z Engineering teams are working across Texas to deliver accurate, reliable materials testing to verify concrete, asphalt, soils, and aggregates, ensuring every project meets specifications and performs as intended.

It is a coordinated effort happening statewide, all with one goal: building with confidence from the ground up. It is the work you may not always see, but it keeps projects moving forward with confidence and built to last.
