This isn’t just a fitness stat it’s a reflection of metabolic flexibility, cellular efficiency, and how fasting + smart training + recovery can work together to keep your body young.

For me, golf is the perfect testing ground: balance, endurance, focus all depend on oxygen efficiency.

The journey continues: next goal, 48 VO₂ Max by November.
