Banner launched 1️⃣ 2️⃣ new connectivity products in 2023! Here are just a few:

Maximize uptime of AC-powered equipment by continuously monitoring current with Banner's new Rogowski Coil Current Sensors. An easy-open flexible loop and compact housing simplifies installation without removing wires or other conductors so the sensors can be quickly added to existing applications, even in tight spaces.

Banner's new R95C 8-port Analog Input to IO-Link Hub simplifies adding analog devices to an IO-Link system. It takes up to eight analog signal inputs (either current or voltage) and consolidates them into one IO-Link data stream.

Banner now offers a line of pre-configured Snap Signal S15C converters with dedicated current transformers. Each model includes a transformer, a cord with quick-release M12 connector, and an S15 converter to transform the signal to Modbus.

Quickly and easily protect valuable equipment from excess current with S15J plug-and-play in-line fuses. The rugged housing allows for use in harsh environments with other series components, and the visual feedback system provides quick status updates at a glance.

Banner released six new sensors in 2023. Here is a recap:

👉The Q5X Laser Sensor extends the sensing range from 2 to 3 meters, incorporates dual discrete outputs, and features increased excess gain to easily identify traditionally challenging targets.

👉The Q20-2 is a new polarized retroreflective photoelectric sensor designed for reliable detection, quick installation, and precise beam alignment.

👉The new Q5Z laser sensor offers high excess gain for advanced detection and measurement capabilities. It can sense extremely dark and shiny targets that can pose challenges for photoelectric sensors, and it includes dual independent output channels and communication over IO-Link.

👉Banner introduced the T30RW Washdown Radar Sensor. This sensor offers the same powerful, reliable performance as the 15-meter T30R sensor, but it incorporates a heavy-duty IP69K-rated housing with a polypropylene sleeve over the barrel to protect the sensor in particularly harsh environments.

👉By detecting emitted infrared energy, the S15S Non-Contact Infrared Temperature Sensor quickly and reliably monitors temperatures without needing to be touching the target.

👉Banner’s versatile Q5X series delivers best-in-class laser sensor performance and very high excess gain for a wide variety of applications. The latest model extends detection up to 10 meters.
