The newly added Northeast Location at 1400 Van Buren gives Coco their fourth location and all of us in Northeast Minneapolis a place to go to get some work done. Statisticians predict that 40% of Americans will be freelancers by the year 2020.
Seems that Coco is ahead of the curve.
