Holy moly. We made it to 22. 🎂

Okay, 22½ technically - but we were a little late celebrating one year and, honestly, it kind of stuck. Ooops.

Only about 1 in 5 businesses make it past 20 years. That fact makes us pause - in the happiest, most grateful way - because Pacifier got here thanks to so many people who have given this little business their whole hearts.

To our current and former team members: thank you for spending your Saturdays, evenings, holidays, and time away from your own families caring for other people’s families. You are the warmth, the magic, the gift-wrapping expertise, and the “wait, let me show you one more thing” behind Pacifier.

To our community: thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing local. For bringing us into your baby showers, birthdays, new-baby days, big feelings, little milestones, and everyday errands. You have made our dream real, year after year - and we will never, ever be over it.

Twenty-two-and-a-half years later, the best part is still you: the families, the team, the stories, and the tiny humans who remind us why it all matters.
