To our Bad Gyros family and friends:

As many of you know, we had decided to move our family and food stand to San Diego after the new year. Extenuating circumstances have recently shaken up a lot of things for us. So, we thought we’d take those darn lemons, toast up our buns a little sooner than planned and drink some fresh, California lemonade. 🍋

Sadly, this means we won’t be at any of the upcoming Linden Hills Holiday Markets or Black Friday Sociable Cider Werks events. Don’t let that get you down though, we can assure you firsthand of the other tasty food that like those greenhouse walls.

We hope you’ll come say hi when you escape the cold and visit the sandy beaches for yourself. And San Diego, watch out!

🧡🧡The streets will be open and so should your mouths! Tomorrow at Nicollet Open Streets we will debut our S’more Ice Cream Bao Buns.

The same, sweet, fluffy, delicious Bao Bun used for our Gua Bao will hold rich, vanilla ice cream from Butter Bakery Cafe and topped with homemade fudge sauce, marshmallow sauce, graham crackers and a warm, toasted marshmallow.
