Wise Ink is a team of audiobook lovers—and we’re so happy to share that Elliot Felix has released “The Connected College” audiobook! 🎧💛
And there’s something special about this audiobook narration, too!
Here’s what Elliot had to say: “The best part of the book isn’t that you get to hear me talk through the evidence and examples for colleges and universities to break down silos to better support students, it’s that you also get to hear the voices of the dozens of inspiring leaders I interviewed for the book!
“When I quote them, you get to hear them in their own words, often with more context and content than what appears in print. There’s also a free audiobook companion so that listeners can download the charts, graphs, diagrams, and tools from the book to follow along.”
"The Connected College" audiobook is out now: https://buff.ly/bz0SXOR

The text inside the top bar reads, “Now available as an audiobook,” while the bottom bar says, “Listen now!” The middle of the graphic features the audiobook cover overlaid a shadow and audio wave symbol.]

This World Environment Day, Wise Ink is pleased to announce our partnership with Seneca Environmental to bring clean energy to book publishing. 🌳📚
Our first title published and printed with renewable energy, “When We’re Under the Same Roof” by author-illustrator Ngân Huỳnh, is launching this month. Each copy includes a sustainability note that states it was “published and printed with electricity generated from a pollinator-friendly solar farm in Minnesota (mowed by sheep!).”
The renewable energy certificates (RECs) are procured through Seneca Environmental, a tribally owned business, with REC issuance and retirement tracked through CleanCounts, the nonprofit clean energy registry headquartered in Minneapolis. The CleanCounts registry keeps the official record that the RECs were created, claimed by Wise Ink, and taken out of circulation.
This collaboration with Seneca Environmental connects Wise Ink’s publishing mission with a growing market for renewable energy certificates that deliver a deeper story than electricity alone. The RECs supporting Wise Ink’s commitment come from a Minnesota solar farm that supports pollinator habitat.
