Steps away from West Vadnais Lake, this building has many high-end amenities including a spa, pool, firepit, fitness center, and sauna. We're proud of this build and hope its new residents enjoy their new homes, just in time for summer.

Just in time for summer, Waterbury House opened its doors to residents earlier this month!

Exciting news for NE Minneapolis!

Over at Waterbury House, we've finished pouring the building structure, exterior walls are up to 7th floor, and we're starting drywall on the 3rd floor next week!

This project is located in south Minneapolis and will be completed in May 2023—just in time for future residents to visit the chain of lakes during the summer.
