MEET KYLIE

We're excited to welcome Kylie to the Covey team as our Marketing & Communications Manager!

Kylie recently graduated from Bethel University with a Business degree emphasizing Marketing and Finance. As she begins her role with Covey, she'll be supporting our marketing efforts, communications, and brand storytelling while helping us share the meaningful work happening behind the scenes.

At Covey, being honest and trustworthy is not just a value we list. It is how we show up.

We believe trust is built in the small things: clear communication, doing what we say we will do, and handling every detail with integrity. Honesty guides our decisions, especially when it is not the easiest path.

We want our partners, clients, and community to always know they can rely on us to be transparent, consistent, and true to our word.💛

The last few weeks would not be possible without this dream team. There are a lot of things behind the scenes that we manage that go unseen especially when relying on other people’s timelines. We are twirlin’ with peace and joy because we know how to show up for our clients and our vendor partners with excellence and integrity! 🥂

Being an entrepreneur has stretched me and required disciplines that have not always come easily. Grinding through all the doubts. Staying humble in the accomplishments. Putting people before plans. Pursuing things in excellence without falling into the trap and pressure of perfection.

Getting up early…drinking more water than coffee (☕️ ohhh so hard) staying rooted in God’s Word and tethered to who He says I am.

And when I fall short. When I fail. When I respond out of exhaustion and fear…I am incredibly grateful for His grace. For the army of family, friends, and champions that have fought on my behalf and continue to be in the trenches and show up to celebrate the mountain top moments.

A lot of shifts and exciting changes happening over here at Covey and I can’t wait to start sharing some announcements in the coming months!! 📣🎉
