The conference brought together nationally recognized professionals to discuss emerging environmental and toxic tort issues and the evolving challenges facing the legal and business communities.

We were especially proud to have Shelley Napolitano, Office Managing Partner in New Orleans, and Elizabeth Sorenson Brotten, Partner in Minneapolis, represent Foley Mansfield as speakers for “Eating Risk: Ultra-Processed Foods and Mass Tort Exposure.” Their presentation explored the emerging legal issues surrounding ultra-processed foods and the potential implications for mass tort litigation.
