Winter came in a BIG way for the final weekend of The Northern Express! The snow was truly magical all day long!

The Adacia bell tent held up through the winter storm quite well. With some help keeping the heavy snow off the outer canvas, the tent walls held strong and it was quite cozy inside when I opened things up this morning. Some condensation built up inside, which also happens during the other seasons…just good to have a towel on hand to wipe down a few tiny puddles on the floor. Alright…we’re all set for more fun!

Oh my goodness…this week has been pure joy (filled with a lot of true grit, cold fingers and hard work) but PURE JOY!

I’ve spent it over at Camp Fire, preparing for The Northern Express winter festival that begins TOMORROW! Can you feel the excitement around this holiday experience! As I navigate this brand new business, I’m instantly grateful for the community that has rallied around me on and off this platform. So many new friendships have been made and we’re just getting started…I can’t wait to see where this goes!
