β¨ "We're making memories."β¨
Not just for the highlight reel β but for the hard moments, too.
In our latest blog post, ACLEA Membership Committee Chair Gina Roers-Liemandt reflects on the phrase her dad repeated throughout her childhood and what it taught her about leadership, resilience, and showing up even when things feel messy.
It's a beautiful read for anyone in the CLE community β or honestly, anyone who leads, mentors, or supports others.

π‘ "Sponsorship isn't favoritism. It's leadership."
At ACLEA's Mid-Year Meeting, Gina Roers-Liemandt and Dr. Lynn Levis led a powerful conversation about what really shapes leadership opportunities β and why the focus needs to shift from "fixing" women to fixing the culture.
Key insight: Women aren't under-mentored. They're under-sponsored. The people who already have influence and access play a critical role in making sure talent is visible where decisions are made.
Missed the ElevateHER session? π The recording is available now on ACLEA and you can read the recap here: https://www.aclea.org/blogpost/1325312/517890/Why-Women-Don-t-Need-Fixing--Leadership-Culture-Does-Reflections-from-the-ElevateHER-Session-at-ACLEA-s-Mid-Year-Meeting

A very big thank you to all our speakers for taking time out of their busy schedules to share their knowledge/expertise with us this past weekend.
