Swipe to see the before!

**Note: this specific before photo is not this exact table — the finished table you see had was in worse condition than the before photo you see. There was damage to the veneer, legs & many scratches in the glass. Unfortunately I do not have a before photo of my own.**

~ Dino Dresser ~
[SOLD COMMISSION]

This dinosaur themed dresser was my first commission piece! My client requested a dinosaur themed dresser but in the color white to match the furniture in the child’s room. I was able to color match the white by borrowing a piece of the white railing to the bed in the room. The wallpaper was a surprise to the client, she loved it & most importantly the little boy loved it too (he even hugged it & said “I love it”)!!

Pine can be sooo difficult to work on when fixing any dents or scratches as the wood is sooo soft! This dresser was not the easiest to do lol — prep took a lot of time. The client stated she didn’t want every single scratch or dent filled in because it adds character — I agree. Regardless, it’s important to have realistic expectations that it will NOT look factory-made with no imperfections. White made me so nervous because it highlights the imperfections even more but this turned out gorgeous!!

Take a look at the last photo for the inspiration photo received from the client — I think I hit the nail on the head if I say so myself.

~ Dainty Coffee Table ~
[Available • DM to inquire]

This coffee table was an easy, fun flip! I knew that it was just a bit too plain & needed something new to add to it. At first, I thought about doing a two tone look then I decided that I wanted to try applying wood appliqués for the first time! It was the perfect piece to try it on for the first time. It went pretty smoothly & I feel more comfortable to do it again sometime! I love the really light gray - almost white! It adds an even more elegant feel to it.
