Safely back home and decompressing from tour! More on that later, but while we’re on the subject of home I have something very important to announce today:

THAW, a compilation of protest songs by MN musicians in response to the cruelty and brutality of the ICE occupation in our beautiful city, is available today.

All funds raised from this compilation will go to those most effected by the occupation, by way of Zion Community Commons, the Immigrant Defense Network, North Minneapolis Mutual Aid, and Sanctuary Schools mutual aid fund.

This album was created in the spirit of community and collaboration by , , , and tons of incredibly talented local bands and singer/songwriters. I am immensely proud to have been part of it, and it is currently the only place the song I contributed is available, so please check it out and support this incredible project.

Last stop of the tour, and I’m VERY excited for this one!

Coming to ya live from [REDACTED], IN (can’t post the address publicly because it’s a house, but the flyer was too cute not to share. If you’re in Fort Wayne and wanna come, shoot one of us a DM), I’m thrilled to be sharing a bill with and .opossum.

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing these amazing musicians and human beings in various musical configurations when they’ve come a-travelin’ through MN, and I’m honored to be performing alongside them on their home turf.

Thanks again so much to everyone who has hosted, booked, played, attended, or in any way supported me on this tour. This has been an incredible experience. I’m not even home yet and I can’t wait to get back out there! Much love to you all.

When the gig has fresh baked cookies thanks to super-host and super-homie .

Got creamed by a big-ass box truck yesterday while waiting at a yield sign on my way from KC to Nashville. Fortunately, I, and my music gear are alright, and my van (though a little worse for wear) is still drivable.

Still managed to make it to in time for my gig with and ; got my rear windshield replaced this morning (kinda wish I got a picture of the tape-and-trash-bag situation that got me through to Nashville), and I am now Alabama bound for tonight’s gig at !

All in all, I think it turned out as well as one could hope for after such a setback. The show, as they say, must go on!
