Construction continues to move forward at Ameyalli, FPP’s flagship rural EB-5 project in Midway, Utah.

At the Wellbeing Center, more than 2,000 cubic yards of concrete have been formed and poured to date, with footings, grade beams, tie beams, foundation walls, and columns progressing across the site.

Key milestones include completed concrete basins for the lower-level geothermal pool, hot plunge, and Watsu Pool, while excavation has begun for the main power and supporting utilities serving the Wellbeing Center.
