Veteran leaves disability at water's edge (+ VIDEO, photos) - SC at War - TheState.com David Walas looked like everyone else in the crowd of kayakers, though he was slightly less stable on the water than the experts teaching him paddling techniques on the Congaree River on Monday night.

We would love to thank everyone who helped make last Saturday's first outing a success!! See you on June 9th for our second trip. Anyone interested in joining for a day on the water? Give me a shout.

Hey ya'all, getting ready for our first outdoor event this Saturday at Menomonee Lake in Menomonee Falls. We're planning on meeting at noon at the lake. Feel free to come down with your boat and join the adventure! Happy paddling!!
