The Wisconsin Fire Chiefs Association is currently seeking host departments across Wisconsin to bring the Modern Day Recruiter program to their region at no cost to attendees.

Funded through the FEMA SAFER Grant, this three-hour program provides practical strategies to help departments attract, interview, hire, and onboard today's fire and EMS workforce.

Topics include:

• Modern recruitment marketing strategies
• Social media and community outreach
• Candidate attraction and engagement
• Interviewing best practices
• Hiring and selection processes
• Effective onboarding and retention
• Building a sustainable recruitment pipeline

Also, learn how your department can receive FREE PPR and health screening for your new hires.

Whether your department is combination, paid-on-call, or volunteer, this class will provide actionable ideas you can implement immediately.
