Sometimes I think I am making VENOMYTHS for an audience of 1

Just finished printing VENOMYTHS #11! 44 pages of FULL four color process. Just like the comics of yore. It’s beautiful and I think the best work I’ve ever done. Available first this weekend at Paper Plains Zine Fest If you’re in Kansas come out!

Save me!!!!

The Eternataur. This will be the title page for VENOMYTHS #11, which will hopefully be printed in the next few weeks

Things happen…

This here is the cover for VENOMYTHS 09. I was flipping through a book on “literary” posters today and found the image that originally inspired this. I remember exactly where I was some years ago when I first saw it and sketched my riff on it. Anyway, seeing it reminded me I never have posted a still image of the cover (which came out beautifully in real life by the way), so I thought I would do so. If you can name the source and artist of the original piece I’ll send you a print.

Stories we tell ourselves…
