UPDATE: thank you to everyone who reached out with support this past week. We are back in LA and the lab will be resuming normal operations next week. We are currently reorganizing the space and prioritizing orders that were put on pause while we evacuated.

Hey everyone! Orders made after today will be fulfilled after Christmas! The lab will be “closed” Friday December 20th until December 26th.

Friends! Any orders placed this week will be processed and delivered next week, after the thanksgiving holiday. I will be in the bay area visiting family this week. Thank you!

You can now add full film borders to your scans! Just choose “Film Borders” under the crop option.

We are now offering mail-in services at the lab! You can now send your film to our Glendale address for processing and scanning. We have heard your pleas, we have read your dozens of emails, and we hear you.

The address will be in your confirmation email. DO NOT send film to Eagle Rock Camera.

We are now offering ECN-2 processing! Bring your ECN-2 film to and drop it off in the drop-box for high quality, beautiful ECN-2 negatives and scans.

The website is back up, now with more flexible scan and file options for social media, website, printing, and archiving! We also updated our FAQ for more info about ordering, dropping off your film, and how we scan your film. Check it out, link in the bio.

All orders made starting today will get their scans upgraded to XL TIFF for free! Big, beautiful, fully detailed scans. Discount automatically applied at checkout, just choose Standard Scans.

The Photo Dept Lab is back! We are opening the lab back up to service the Los Angeles area. Starting this week, you’ll be able to drop your film off at for processing in our film drop box. Just make an order online and drop it off at the shop!
