Dear friends of Dairyland & Mid-Way Bakery

We know we haven’t said much publicly about closing our businesses at 3rd Street Market Hall. We have been spending our time getting ready to leave, finding jobs for our staff, re-homing equipment, and making delicious food for you.

We are proud of our time and growth over the last three and a half years at the market hall. But Dairyland didn’t start there, it started in our garage. Dairyland isn’t a place, it’s an idea and our mission.

Regarding the rumors of us moving to 76th and Lisbon. While we did look at the property seriously, this would’ve taken over a year to get ready. Without an operating business there is simply no way we could traverse that gap.

We are open the rest of tonight and all day tomorrow, or until we are out of food.

We would love to see you one last time, and if you think someone you know might not have heard the news please feel free to share.

When we find a new home, we’ll let you know where we’ve landed on our existing social media.

Hi friends, we're taking a little time off here at Mid-Way Bakery to focus on making a few upgrades. Don't worry, we're still going to be serving up all your favorites!
