You see dirt, we see a 32-story, 344-unit multi-family building with about 7,100 square feet of retail space along the Milwaukee RiverWalk. We cannot say enough things about The Edison, developed by The Neutral Project Construction is projected to start this coming spring and the end result will be jaw dropping. The 295,734-square-foot tower is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2026, pending city approvals.

So, what is special about this development compared to other hashtag happening in the area, I'll tell you. The Edison will be built using a hybrid engineered wood system, with cross laminated timber (CLT) floor system, glulam columns, concrete beams stairs and cores.
