Thank you to all who supported Community Reusables- our pilot program is over- grateful to so many- thank you to the Cafes that were so excited to be able to offer reusables to their customers, to the City of Mill Valley for funding our program and their continued support to continue the push for reuse- The amazing Community Church ( with the 🌈 flag on the front of church for allowing us to use their kitchen to wash cups) and so many individuals that helped us. It was a complicated app and challenges out weighed user friendliness. We learned a lot and will continue to work towards Mill Valley moving towards less waste and for the most part reuse is standard in all of our cafes so best practices is to have beverage or meal for here in real plates, silverware and beverage cups and or bring you own cup- the more people that do that- the soon we will have a behavior change- stay tuned-
