Code 3 AV

We don’t just install it - we test it. 🔍

Before we call an AV installation complete, we make sure the system works the way it should - from audio and video to displays and controls.

Because the real test isn’t whether the equipment is installed. It’s whether your team can walk in, get started, and trust the technology. ✅

👋 Meet Travis Rappold, Operations Manager at Code3AV!

With 12+ years in AV, Travis works closely with our integration team to deliver solutions that are elegant, reliable, and easy to use. With CTS-I, OSHA 30, and Dale Carnegie Leadership certifications, he’s committed to serving our clients while helping our team grow professionally and personally.

💬 “Most of us have far more courage than we ever dreamed we possessed.” - Dale Carnegie

Your team shouldn’t need an AV manual just to start a meeting. 🙌

Code3AV designs systems around the people who use them every day - with simple controls, easy connectivity, and customized setups that take the confusion out of the room.

Because the best technology isn’t the most complicated. It’s the technology that simply works. 🎥🎤

👋 It’s time to get to know the people behind Code3AV! Meet Michael Neal, our Vice President.

Michael brings more than 28 years of experience in the AV industry, including 21 years as an engineer. Throughout his career, he has worked with Fortune 100/50 organizations and leading educators in Silicon Valley, including Stanford and Berkeley, while developing designs using cutting-edge technology.

Michael has also earned certifications from industry leaders including Biamp, Polycom, Crestron, Extron, and more.

But his passion goes beyond technology. Michael is a natural teacher and mentor who enjoys sharing what he’s learned and helping clients turn their goals and use cases into AV solutions that work for them. 💡

Your AV system doesn’t have to be installed by Code3AV for us to help. 🛠️

Poor audio, unreliable video, confusing controls, or constant calls to IT? We help commercial, education, and government organizations identify what’s going wrong and find practical ways to improve it.

You don’t need another workaround. You need AV that works the way your team needs it to.

From boardrooms to leasing offices, every meeting space deserves technology that works without the headache. 🎥

Code3AV transforms Virginia spaces with customized AV solutions designed to be simple, reliable, and easy to use.

Because better technology shouldn’t make meetings more complicated - it should make them better. 🙌

🛒 Buying AV equipment first and figuring out the design later can leave you with technology that doesn’t fit how your room is actually used.

Code3AV starts with the space, the people, and what they need to accomplish. Then we design a custom solution and select the technology to support it.

📐 Plan first. Choose equipment second. Build a system that actually works.

Powerful technology works best when it’s simple to use. 🖥️

At VCU Massey Cancer Center, Code3AV integrated three advanced AV systems featuring 108″ and 136″ Planar LED walls, wireless content sharing, PTZ cameras, video conferencing, and intuitive touch-panel controls.

The result: flexible spaces designed to support collaboration, presentations, and critical imaging analysis.
