"If I don't know basic facts about you, can you really say I know you and understand you?" Is a question I always ask my students.

As a teacher, I've always believed that you can't truly appreciate something until you take the time to learn about it. Understanding why something is the way it is. Hip Hop isn't just a trend. It's a culture and a lifestyle built from pain, struggle, and perseverance. CLOCK IT🤏🏾 (as the kids say) lol

Last night, I walked into our game room and noticed an unfamiliar box. And inside awaited an investment in my music production journey I didn't see coming. Mrs Seven, thankyou for believing in me.

Highlights from the Beyond the Sideline Camp of 2026! I knew when I got the message from lillizobo, it was gonna be a party lol Thankyou Meadowbrook Highschool Cheerleaders📣 , MHS Lancers Cheer , and Thomas Dale Cheerleading for giving me a truly unique experience. I don't think I'll ever get tired of coming out to dance with such awesome people! I hope to do this again with you all soon🙏🏾 Wolf Out! 🤘🏾🐺

A teaching moment from the summer intensive at Prestige Dance Studio !

This is intended to isolate 2 of the 3 (or 4, depending on who you learn from) fundamental pieces of hip hop dance: Bounce and Rock. One piece without the rest generally results in looking awkward or stiff.

Needless to say, these little ones were super receptive! 🤘🏾🐺

You truly never know the effect you have on people.

Back in May I taught at at the annual Hip Hop Day event. For 3 years now I've been lucky enough to get the opportunity to dance with an AMAZING group of 5th graders that always seem to remind me why I do this.

What I didnt realize was that after teaching this past Thursday I would be met with another reminder. This time it was.... FAN MAIL??

The Final Thursday Song 💔

Ended up deciding to post this one. This captures one of the biggest things that fills a teacher's heart. The genuine connection that you build with the kids is unique. It's something you can't fabricate. Till next time y'all 🤘🏾🐺
