Always good to have your roof inspected by a certified Roofing company. Every 2 to 3 years the elements due so much damage to your roof from high winds, uv damages and hard rain storms. Not just hail damages.

This customer built this home 21 years ago and has not done any service nor inspections to there roof system since the original install.

Now they will end up loosing coverage from there insurance company unless they replace the roof system.

Always remember preventive maintenance on one of your most valuable investments can save you a lot of money over time.
