Happy ! Meet Robert 🚴♂️💪
A few months ago, Robert came to see Dr. Hancock for back pain. Once he was feeling better, he decided to keep up with his care while preparing for a pretty ambitious goal: a two-week bike ride from London, England to Barcelona, Spain. 🙌🏼
And if that wasn't enough, after finishing the ride, he headed to Mount Ventoux, one of the most iconic climbs in the Tour de France, and rode up all three sides. 🤯
Robert is proof that staying active doesn't have an expiration date. He's always up for a challenge, always has a great story to tell, and is an absolute joy to work with.

Big shoutout to Kevin Lee Rosenblum for an incredible accomplishment last weekend at Hyrox NYC. 💪🔥
Kevin has completed several Hyrox events before, but this one came with a major challenge. Just one week before race day, he fractured his scapula.
With clearance from his physician and the race directors, Kevin came to see Dr. Tricia before heading to New York. Together, they worked through safe modifications for the event, including one-armed sled pushes and pulls, burpees, and wall balls.
Kevin completed the entire event in just TWO hours...with one arm. 🤯
His determination, adaptability, and willingness to put in the work made it happen, and we’re proud to have helped him get to the starting line safely.
