💪 TRAINER TIP

Before every lift:
Breathe. Brace. Move.

Learning how to properly brace your core can improve performance and help protect your spine during strength training.

Think about creating tension around your entire midsection before you move, not just "sucking in" your stomach.

Strong lifts start with a strong foundation.

Who comes to mind?

We all know someone who would benefit from having a little more strength, confidence, energy, and support in their life.

Maybe they've talked about getting back into fitness.
Maybe they're not sure where to start.
Maybe they just need a place that feels welcoming and encouraging.

That's exactly why we're hosting our Bring A Friend Event at ROI Strength.

📅 June 15-26

✅ Guests train free
✅ No experience required
✅ Friend, spouse, family member, or coworker welcome

Sometimes all it takes is one invitation and the right environment to get started.

If someone came to mind while reading this, we'd love to meet them.

Talk to your coach to reserve your guest's complimentary session.

Sonia believes strength training is more than workouts - it’s a practice.

“Strength training is a practice. Consistent practice makes you better every day.” - Sonia

As a high-level kettlebell sport athlete, Sonia understands what it means to show up, stay patient, and keep improving over time. But what really makes her special at ROI is how she brings that mindset to our community.

She reminds our members that progress doesn’t happen overnight, it happens through consistent effort, encouragement, and showing up together.

At ROI, strength isn’t just about the weight you lift. It’s about the people beside you and the coaches guiding the way.

We’re lucky to have Sonia helping build that culture every day.

Stronger Than Yesterday.

If you’re not doing carries… you’re missing out.

These are some of our go-to carry variations at ROI because they train real strength. You know, the kind that actually carries over (literally) to everyday life.

Grip, core, posture, and full-body control all in one.

Add these in and thank us later 👊

Stronger Than Yesterday.
