We custom built this AR-40 pistol in .40 S&W. We also did a custom cerakote paint job in burnt bronze with armor black accents for a battle-worn look.

We clean each piece individually to ensure you get the best functionality out of your firearm.

We ported the barrel in a “V8” pattern on this CZ Shadow 2.
Then we milled and beveled the slide to match.
We also cut the barrel flush with the slide and crowned it with a 25 degree bevel.

Machining Monday!

The company that made this suppressor was bought out and they no longer make the barrel adapter, so we custom made a new barrel adapter to fit the suppressor onto a new muzzle device that can be purchased locally.

It’s not everyday that we get to work on something like this.

A 1903 DWM American Eagle Luger 9mm.

We put in a new mainspring, new grip safety spring, and a new thumb safety pin.
We properly fit parts and refit the toggle catch lock after it had been improperly modified previously.
