A lot of people think they're lactose intolerant, so they do what sounds like the healthier swap — cutting out dairy completely and switching to almond, oat, and other plant-based milks. 🥛➡️🌱 But when you actually read the labels and see how many of them are made, it's often water, added gums, seed oils, fortified vitamins, and very little protein. For many, it's not actually fixing the root issue, just trading one problem for another. After looking deeper, many people realize that not all dairy is the same. Options that are often easier to digest for some include A2 dairy, low-temp vat-pasteurized milk, and goat's milk — which have a different protein and fat structure than conventional dairy. 🐄 Everyone's tolerance is different, and what works for one person may not work for another.
