🧘🏻‍♀️Stretch Work Yoga is HIRING!
We are searching for 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 for our diverse team of teachers.

This will be a set weekly class at reputable venues.

Must be:
• Certified
• Preferably with Experience
• Reliable
• Motivated
• Able to guide a class with different levels of students.
• Can work well with others in a team setting.

Please tag your favorite Miami Yoga Instructors as we are hiring more than just one. 🤩

Specifically in the Brickell/Downtown Miami area, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, and Coconut Grove.

Although Alejandro has been on the team for a bit, we had to make it IG official 😅 We love having him part of the team and welcome him with open arms.

A little about Alejandro:
He’s a practitioner of over 10 years. He says “Good form makes good practice no matter the skill level”
Teaches Vinyasa, Yin and welcomes all beginners.

You asked. Then asked some more 🥹🤍 and now we’re delivering. ↓ ↓

Starting next week and every Monday after, will be live-streaming weekly giving our yogis the chance to yoga with us from the comfort of their own space.

Because of our in , we meet so many yogis every single day so this will give us a HUGE window to stay connected with our GLOBALLY.

𝚆𝚎 𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚢𝚘𝚞. 🖤

#𝙱𝚕𝚊𝚌𝚔𝙾𝚞𝚝𝚃𝚞𝚎𝚜𝚍𝚊𝚢 🖤

This is something we should always practice, but in these times it should be doubled down on. Since we are being kept apart let’s make sure we stay in constant communication. Share a meme, recommend a movie, group zoom, family FaceTime for trivia, anything helps. Just because we are alone doesn’t mean we have to be lonely.

As we unravel indoors, in deep unrest the flowers quietly bloom. Sprinting forth with life basking in the divinity that is existence. With every single living organism following the earth plan to as it continues to spin on its axis. For the very simple act of allowing our life upon it. the wind blowing, blades of grass shifting upwards, rivers flowing, rain falling. All of it Is a gentle and kind reminder, that Mother Earth loves us. Whether together or apart we are all growing and that is what truly matters!

Our mission, should we choose to accept it...is to embrace this new found awareness and understanding, that now everything outside our windows is considered art
