Presidential Debate - or Ultimate Table Topics?

As you watch the candidates debate tonight, think about how you might prepare to give a speech in front of millions, let alone debate. Would you be able to formulate clear concise answers in a timely fashion and persuade your audience to your viewpoint? We at Brickell Toastmasters practice what we call Table Topics: you have 1-2 minutes to speak off the cuff on a random topic provided to you on the spot. How well would you would do?
