On Holocaust Survivor Day, we honor the courage and perseverance of survivors and their lasting legacy. Today we recognize Joseph Gringlas, a Holocaust survivor who overcame many formidable challenges with courage and resilience. He impacted countless people with his kindness and optimism, and ability to see beauty despite witnessing the worst in humanity.
His legacy lives on with the Joseph Gringlas Center for Integrated Rehabilitative Medicine at Miami Jewish Health, South Florida’s only single-source outpatient program offering comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation services in one location, made possible through the generous support of the Seed the Dream Foundation. Miami Jewish Health is profoundly grateful for their crucial role in establishing this center in honor of Joseph Gringlas’ enduring legacy. May his memory forever be a blessing.
