I suffered from an eating and exercise disorder in my teen years when I was a gymnast. Although the photos don’t do it justice, I lived with waking up to eat at 3am for five years. I would wake up mad craving the one thing I deprived myself in the day. 🍕🍞🍝

Let’s shift the connotation of “transitioning.” Whenever gets the question, “when did you transition?” Their reply is, “I’m not done. In fact, we all aren’t done.” I LOVE this answer. In my convo. on the podcast, , CJ had me like... 🤯 in a good way.
