This was our first Miami Swim Week, filming for a national brand, and we ran it like a film set. Every shot planned. Every corner covered. Editing happening onsite before the day was over.

This is Val. Account Coordinator at Icon, and the reason a lot of things around here just flow.

She writes scripts, runs the shoot days, keeps the clients cool & confident, and somehow still has time to journal before sunrise. She’s also our resident girly pop and hype girl, the one most likely to befriend a stranger on a plane, and the youngest energy in the room (in the best way).

People think great content comes from one person with a camera. It comes from a team that knows what they’re doing. Val is a big part of why ours does.
