Today we celebrate 78 years of independence to Israel. I am proud to be an Israeli and American citizen. Although I live now in the USA, but my heart will always be in Israel ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

I was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel and served in the IDF for 2 years. My all family and friends are in Israel, missing you guys hoping to visit you all soon. Israel is strong no one will break our spirit. ืขื ื™ืฉืจืืœ ื—ื™

My PR 225Lbs x 8 reps. I never do less than 8-10 reps in free weights this way I minimize the risk of injury and still getting the benefit of the exercise. Always train smart!
