Trillo Academy

Two old school training. I’m proud of my students 💪🏼🤙🏼

To the untrained eye, it’s just kids rolling on the floor. To those who know, it’s a masterclass in physics, problem-solving, and spatial awareness. Starting on the feet, working through guard, fighting for chest to chest control, every second requires balance, memory, and high-pressure ex*****on. This is why Jiu Jitsu is great for creative thinking. It teaches kids how to think under stress, adapt on the fly, and apply concepts that translate directly off the mats and into real life. Building minds and bodies from an early age.

Jiujitsu is about so much more than just moves on a mat. For kids and teens, it’s a masterclass in growing minds, teaching them how to truly understand and use their bodies, build real world self defense skills, and most importantly, how to think clearly when things aren’t going their way. On the mats, they learn to problem-solve under pressure, stay calm when uncomfortable, and build the resilience that carries over into everyday life. Proud of this next generation putting in the work! 🥋💪

This princess was so excited for her stripe❤️💪🏼🤙🏼🥋

Six competitors, kids, teens, and adults—all stepped up today. We had triumphs, we had heartbreak, but most importantly, we had courage. A massive thank you to our parents for the endless support, and to our coaches, because we only grow stronger when we stand united. Proud of everyone. Thank you. Back to the lab on Monday. 🥋💪🏼🤙🏼
