What does it take to move from building features to thinking like a product developer?

👨‍💻 For Bohdan, one of the Full-Stack Developer interns in ORIL's Internship Program, that shift has been one of the most valuable lessons so far.

Over the past month, Bohdan has been working on an internal communication and collaboration platform designed to help teams manage discussions, share knowledge, and coordinate work more effectively. While developed as an internal product, the platform addresses challenges faced by many organizations, including companies in the PropTech industry.

One thing he appreciates most is that the internship goes beyond technical skills: “ORIL doesn't just teach us how to write code, but also how to present our work and propose our own features. This approach helps us develop a product mindset.”
