Good morning everyone! Just to let everyone know with all the rains we have had and flooding in the area, our facility is wet but not flooded in any way. All parking areas and units are safe.

Spring is in the air and I smell discounts!!

Any current tenant referring a new customer will get $20 off their following months rent. (Please make sure this person tells us who referred them to get credit)

This is also unlimited!!

We want to fill up our buildings so help us out and save a little money for yourself!!!

Discount will be deducted from one months rent each.

January 5th our office will open at 12:30 - 1:00 pm due to the extreme weather we will be experiencing.

Our gate is still broken, access will be limited to office hours.

This weekend however, it will be open until 6 p.m. on Saturday, but will be Closed Sunday and Monday.

We apologize for all inconveniences and are working with our contractors to get our gate operating ASAP so we can resume our 24/7 access to tenants.

We regret to inform our tenants that our gate is malfunctioning and is closed tonight for the safety and security of everyone's items. The gate will reopen tomorrow morning by 9 am.

We are hoping the issue will be resolved by tomorrow but will keep everyone posted.

We are sponsoring the Binghamton Rumble Ponies Baseball team for the 2017 season!!

We will be raffling off 2 tickets each month (May thru August) for home games only.
