The question that seems to be on everyone’s mind is “will home prices continue to rise?” 👀

Inflation, high mortgage rates, and record-high home prices seem to be making it harder and harder to afford a home, and it doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon. Economists at Fannie Mae are saying that prices on average are 16% higher than they were a year ago. 🤯

MBA economists are expecting home pricing gains in the foreseeable future with a 9.8% yearly increase in prices, compared to 2021. 📊

On top of that, the luxury real estate market saw a sales ratio of 66.42%. To be considered a seller's market, the sales ratio is anything about 20.5%! 📊

You may be wondering, what caused this growth? Experts say that it is due to wealthy Americans being less affected by volatile job markets and being able to work remotely without interruptions has put them in a prime position to take advantage of lower mortgage rates. 📉
