Sales and marketing have always been my strengths, and I utilize all my skills now as an agent. Besides Real Estate, I am a proud wife to an active-duty Air Force member. My husband Erik has been serving for 27 years. We have moved around a lot in our time together but finally feel at home in San Antonio. We have five kids whose ages range from 16 to a 1-year-old. My family is my top priority, and I work hard to be the best role model possible. I enjoy learning to cook new dishes, eating at new restaurants, reading, theater, live music, and concerts!

It's probably the most common question I'm hearing right now.
The honest answer is that no one can perfectly predict where rates or the market will go. What we can do is evaluate what's true today.

โ There's more inventory to choose from โ Competition is generally lower than during the frenzy of recent years โ Sellers are often more open to negotiating โ You may have opportunities to secure concessions that reduce upfront costs โ If rates decrease in the future, refinancing could be an option.
Buying a home isn't about perfectly timing the market. It's about finding the right home at the right time for your life and financial goals.
