When I'm having a rough time, things aren't going well, or I'm reacting poorly to some thing, I try to remember that between stimulus and response there is space. In that space I have the POWER to CHOOSE my response and change the moment. Whenever we stop action and instead TAKE A BREATH. TAKE A PAUSE. TAKE OFF OUR ARMOR. There lies our growth and our freedom.🙏💕👍
