โš ๏ธ Excessive use of the ๐Ÿคณcell phone leads to different hand injuries, most of them related to inflammation of the wrist tendons ๐Ÿ˜ฐ.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Something as common as holding the cell phone or sliding the screen, can overload the flexors of our fingers and leave our thumb in spring, generating a chronic tendinitis or worse, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
